What’s the difference between Private and Public parks?

Private parks are fully managed by their creators.
No one except the creator can place monuments there.
Choose Private activation if you don’t want others to purchase slots or place monuments in your park.
Public parks allow other users to purchase slots.
On one hand, you receive contribution points from slot purchases.
On the other hand, you cannot edit the park layout or monuments after activation.
The only setting available in a Public park is slot pricing.
